When you have a big disability, it is already an accomplishment to simply keep on living--bravely facing life with your disability. For example at work I have a conference call every week and cannot fully participate because of my severe stutter. I may even get fired for it. Try to turn &#39;that&#39; into an asset. Try to get a new job when recruiters call and you stutter your brains out.
