Jeremy and the Hippo

My good therapist, Gail Wilson Lew was reading this story to a couple of kids at one of those stuttering workshops.
It is about a boy named Jeremy who has a terrible stammer. His talking complication is represented by a hippopotamus. The more severe his stuttering gets, the bigger the hippo grows, and the more problems it causes.

"Jeremy and the Hippo" is a wonderful story. It shows how to not only deal with one's stuttering, but it also gives advise to others on how to approach our other problems in life.
